1969 Dodge Dart GTS M Code 440

We have stated prior that Mopar has had the knack of taking a small body and filling it with a pretty substantial engine and drive train to create a Street Menace out of Grandma's grocery getter, and the Dart GTS was one of those incarnations that proved to be tons of fun at a discount. This fabulous M code Dart GTS is more than just substantial. Powered by a warranty replacement block, with factory tag, and Torqueflite 727 transmission with a 3.55 posi rear end. The interior is finished in matching correct White with Green bucket seats and console mounted shifter. The wheels are steel with correct Dog Dish hubcaps with the Dodge logo and wrapped in Firestone Super Sport Redline E7014 bias ply tires. The chrome and stainless are excellent as is the glass. The tail has a correct GTS Black transverse Bumble Bee stripe and there are correct Box Tips on the dual exhaust system. When it comes to the engine and trunk both are detailed and ready to show. This is a fabulous restoration of a very rare Dodge Dart that is an absolute scream to drive.
